Concierge/Front Desk

Responsibilities
Greet and assist guests, residents, and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor
Answer and screen incoming calls, providing information and directing inquiries as needed
Monitor security systems, including alarms and resident emergency call systems
Process incoming and outgoing mail for the community
Maintain and update emergency contact information and resident face sheets
Provide administrative support to various departments, including the Business Operations Director
Order and manage office supplies to ensure smooth operations
Participate in all scheduled in-service training sessions
Comply with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as community policies and procedures
Assist with marketing efforts by providing community information to potential residents and their families
Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the community
Qualification
Required
High school diploma preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups of people
Experience working with the senior population is highly valued
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Windows, Outlook, Excel) and ability to learn new software applications quickly
Excellent customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Physical abilities to perform job duties, including standing, walking, sitting, and lifting up to 25 lbs
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
Preferred
Knowledge of the Beverly area and local amenities is a plus
