ServiceNow CMDB Analyst with expertise in Configuration Management, ServiceNow IT Operations Management, ServiceNow IT Asset Management (HAM & SAM), and Service Mapping to design, implement, and optimize our Configuration Management Database (CMDB) ecosystem
You will ensure accurate configuration data, integrate asset lifecycle management, and map critical service dependencies to enhance operational resilience
