Responsibilities
For each rotation/department, develop an understanding of the strategic direction of the department and the business environment and evaluate how business strategies align with the direction of the business
Identify areas of improvement and use data analysis skills to propose solutions to enhance the efficiency of each rotational department
Develop a foundation of leadership
Assist Project Managers with scheduling, tracking deliverables, and updating project dashboards
Support Engineers in reviewing technical drawings, specifications, and documentation
Participate in team meetings and record action items, decisions, and follow-ups
Help prepare materials for Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and simulator configuration
Contribute to lessons learned documentation and process improvement projects
Coordinate with supply chain and vendors for status updates and procurement tracking
Manage project files, including engineering change notices and risk logs
Perform data reporting for resource planning and budget tracking
Qualification
Required
A degree in Engineering or Project Management by June 2026
Demonstrated leadership experience
Outstanding academic achievement
Flexibility to relocate based on the job rotations
