Director, UX, Workspace Platform
Google is a leading technology company, and they are seeking a Director of UX for their Workspace Platform. In this role, you will lead the UX organization to drive the evolution of Workspace, ensuring user-centered design across the product portfolio and managing a high-functioning design team.

Responsibilities
Guide compelling product vision and strategic roadmaps through UX and the organization's use of user-centered principles and methods
Lead UX projects from the initial concept through execution and landing. Drive operational and executional excellence
Manage and mentor a UX team
Build relationships and collaborate with leaders within Workspace and the broader Google organization
Serve as a thought leader to guide and provide perspective on the evolution of Google Workspace Platform
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or Interaction, or equivalent practical experience
15 years of professional experience in product design and related roles
10 years of experience in a senior role creating strategy and designing products
Preferred
Experience working collaboratively with senior designers and executives in product management and engineering
Experience with elevating product craft
Experience making key contributions to innovative, successful products
Ability to create a culture that nurtures talented UXers, solves complex design problems and delivers simple product solutions
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate positions and advocate designs
