Responsibilities
Experiment Execution: Work with a team to contribute to study design and execute complex molecular biology experiments at the bench
NGS Workflow: Execute all aspects of experiments, including library preparation and sequencing protocols
Data Insight: Participate in analysis of experimental results to iterate on protocols and provide actionable insights for broader research goals
Compliance: Maintain rigorous documentation standards to meet internal and regulatory (FDA/GLP) requirements around data integrity
Communication: Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and present findings clearly
Time Management: Ability to prioritize work and manage time to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Qualification
Required
Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biochemistry, or a related field
NGS Expertise: Track record of high-quality research with a background in Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) and DNA Methylation
Bench Strength: A passion for 'wet lab' work and technical precision
Preferred
Post-Doctoral research experience in oncology or biomarker discovery
Familiarity with FDA protocols, GLP, or CLIA environments
