New Grad, Entry LevelStepStone Hospitality is seeking a PM Server for their Spoke & Steele location. The role involves greeting guests, presenting menus, and maintaining cash handling procedures while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
Greet all guests in a warm and enthusiastic manner and assist host or hostess in seating guests as needed
Present menu, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food, service, appropriate wines, and food preparation
Memorize menu selections and wines including being familiar with daily specials and basic ingredients
Maintain and follow all cash handling procedures
Qualification
Required
Previous guest service experience is required
Conveys company information, decision, or problems to appropriate parties on a timely basis
Works to resolve disagreements and is respectful of guests and co-workers
Must be available to work a flexible schedule including Days/Evenings/Weekends and/or Holidays
Schedule usually consists of Wednesday to Sunday
Shift usually consists of variable hours between 2:00 PM and 12:00 AM
Minimum lifting of 50 pounds
Pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, manual dexterity
Hearing, writing, typing
Minimum pulling of 50 pounds
Must be 21 or older to serve alcohol
Must possess unexpired or obtain a Utah food handlers permit within 14 days of employment
Preferred
Cash handling experience is preferred
