Brooksource is seeking a Junior Project Manager to support a large-scale construction data center build in Pecos, TX. The role involves working closely with senior project managers and field teams to ensure project timelines, budgets, and safety standards are maintained.

Responsibilities

Support project safety compliance and coordinate with teams to uphold Safety & Health standards
Assist Project Management with client communication, risk reviews, and development of key project plans (execution, QA/QC, safety, staffing, procurement)
Help manage contracts including RFP preparation, bidding support, subcontractor coordination, and change orders
Coordinate permits, site mobilization/demobilization planning, and materials receiving/management
Maintain project documentation including reports, schedules, cost tracking, RFIs, submittals, and meeting minutes
Track budgets, timelines, and financial metrics for large-scale projects
Verify subcontractor compliance with contracts, insurance, licensing, safety, quality, and schedule requirements
Support audits, invoicing, progress tracking, and project closeout activities

Required

2+ years of experience in project coordination, construction support, or financial/project tracking roles
Background in budgeting, timelines, or financial tracking for large-scale projects
OSHA 10 Certification (Required)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Ability to work on-site in Pecos, TX for extended shifts

Preferred

OSHA 30 Certification
Experience with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) projects
Exposure to data center construction
Experience supporting heavy electrical, hospital, airport, or other large infrastructure builds
Familiarity with QA/QC documentation and design coordination
