Responsibilities
Lead high-impact, high visibility projects across multiple business functions using waterfall or hybrid methodologies
Ensure deliverables are met on time, within scope, and under budget
Foster strong teamwork and build robust internal and external relationships while operating in a matrix environment
Coach and mentor junior staff
Lead or participate in departmental process improvement initiatives
Operate within a fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to multitask and delegate effectively
Qualification
Required
High School / GED (Required)
6 years of experience in project management experience (Required)
One of the following certifications or equivalent (Preferred), but must obtain within 1 year of hire (Required): Project Management Institute Certified Associate Project Manager (CAPM), Project Management Institute Project Management Professional (PMP), Project Management Institute Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), Scrum, SAFe or equivalent
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholder relationships
Healthcare experience including care delivery (ambulatory, hospital, post-acute), health plan and/or technical project management (Preferred)
