They are seeking a Controller to provide leadership to the accounting team and oversee financial statements and compliance for multiple entities.

Responsibilities
Provide guidance and leadership to accounting team for all entities while working closely with our Accounting Manager and provide leadership for the timely completion of all requested and required compilations, review and audits, and working with 3rd party accountants, as needed
Develop, monitor, manage and analyze financial statements, including combined statements, for all entities, including payroll, budgets, tax compliance, etc. while maintaining appropriate internal controls and guidelines, and develop and maintain effective, efficient and intuitive KPI’s and dashboards for managers, revenue centers, executives and partners for all entities
Qualification
Required
Ten (10) or more years' professional accounting experience, including managing accounting functions for multiple legal entities
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in business, accounting, or related field of study
CPA or CMA certification
Excellent planning, organization and communication skills
Working knowledge of national, state and local tax regulations and compliance reporting
Experience with financial reporting requirements
Experience in streamlining accounting processes while maintaining strict attention to detail
Self-motivated, with a creative mindset and an eagerness to embrace challenges to find the best solution possible

Desire to continuously learn and build your knowledge and skills
