Generates support and commitment to new ideas and their implementation
Ensures assigned projects meet department requirements
Effectively communicates project initiatives and change management activities
Works effectively with vendors, business sponsors, stakeholders in development of sound solutions to business problems
Operationalize strategic plans with timely execution of project/program deliverables
Performs data management and analysis
Utilizes department resources/supplies efficiently
Provides financial decision support and recommends improvements to the business model
Leads the development and management of operational and capital budgets
Responsible for directing, developing, and implementing operational projects as assigned
Provides mentorship and leadership as needed to other staff members of project management team
Maintains professional communication at all times
Ensures accountability through timely follow-through and escalation as required
Qualification
Required
3 years of experience managing multiple, highly complex projects that are high profile in nature with a PMP Certification
5 years of experience managing multiple, highly complex projects that are high profile in nature without a PMP Certification
Bachelor's Degree
Preferred
Master's Degree
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from Project Management Institute (PMI)
