Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and interpret maintenance and repair data across multiple retail sites
Track and report on KPIs such as response times, cost per repair, and vendor performance
Identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities to optimize spend and reduce operational disruptions
Collaborate with store teams, vendors, and management to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance solutions
Prepare clear, actionable reports and presentations for leadership
Support special projects related to facilities improvements, construction and operational efficiency
Support special projects focused on developing and executing resolution plans based on identified data insights
Collaborate with business, operations, and leadership teams to support decision making
Ensure data accuracy, integrity and consistency
Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency in issue resolution, particularly for high risk maintenance issues (e.g. pest-related concerns) that may impact store operations, compliance, or brand reputation
Actively follow up with vendors and internal partners, pushing for timely responses and accurate root cause resolution when issues arise
Qualification
Required
1-3yrs of relevant experience in data analysis, retail operations, construction or facilities management
Strong to excellent Excel skills
Proven experience in data collection, analysis, and performance monitoring
Solid communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey insights and recommendations
Detail-oriented, organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Curiosity and passion for data driven decision making
Team oriented with the ability to work independently
Preferred
Experience in construction or facilities management is a plus
Experience with multiple retail sites is a plus
