Responsibilities
Assist in developing new client accounts and business opportunities
Support relationship management with existing and prospective clients
Participate in project management meetings and client update sessions
Help coordinate and prepare client reports and presentations
Support marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives
Assist with website and content updates
Contribute to Allstream Insiders content and media projects
Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams
Develop and Manage Campaigns
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Basic familiarity with WordPress
Professional, organized, and detail-oriented
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a flexible, fast-paced environment
Genuine interest in Oil & Gas, Energy, Data Centers, and Emerging Technology
Preferred
Experience with Adobe Photoshop or similar design tools
Content creation experience (writing, social media, video, etc.)
Podcasting or audio production experience
Background in journalism or editorial writing
Basic Understanding of digital marketing, SEO, &/or media publishing
