Responsibilities

Lead and develop a quality organization of approximately 47 direct/indirect reports, including Quality Engineers, Quality Technicians, Auditors, and CMM/Inspection personnel
Own quality system compliance and performance across both Reynosa, MX and Wilmington, MA manufacturing sites
Serve as primary quality leader for all FAA audit programs, including audit preparation, execution support, corrective actions, and sustainment
Ensure ongoing compliance with AS9100 and aerospace regulatory/customer requirements, including internal audits, external audits, and customer audits
Establish, implement, and continuously improve quality processes, including quality engineering procedures, audit reports, corrective action systems, and inspection/verification methods
Drive disciplined root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action execution to reduce escapes, improve yield, and strengthen process capability
Partner with Operations and Engineering leadership to ensure product integrity, process control, and consistent execution across aerospace electronics manufacturing environments

Required

Demonstrated leadership experience in a large aerospace supplier/manufacturer environment
Strong working knowledge of AS9100 quality management system requirements and aerospace audit readiness
Aerospace electronics manufacturing background including exposure to processes such as soldering, brazing, sensor assembly, and high-reliability electronic manufacturing
Proven experience owning audit execution and compliance programs, including authoring quality procedures and formal reporting
