Responsibilities
Identify skills gaps through surveys, interviews, and consultation with managers
Create and present training materials (workshops, e-learning, simulations) for on boarding, leadership development, and technical skills
Monitor, record, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and calculate ROI
Manage training budgets, coordinate schedules, and maintain training records/LMS
Advise on career paths and employee growth to aid retention and succession planning
Qualification
Required
Instructional design skills (3-5 years)
Technical background in electrical, aviation, mechanical, or structures
Familiar with structural system designs (ADDIE)
Training and/or instructing background
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.)
Candidates must be able and available to work ONSITE at one of the listed locations
