Check-in members/guests for golf and assist with merchandise purchases
Utilize tee time computer system
Handle high volume telephone inquiries
Assist professional staff with corporate outings and member tournaments
Handle customer relation concerns/issues
Responsible for keeping Golf Shop neat and clean throughout the day

Qualification

Required

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and a minimum of three months related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Greet members/guests and direct to resort amenities
Check-in members/guests for golf and assist with merchandise purchases
Utilize tee time computer system
Handle high volume telephone inquiries
Assist professional staff with corporate outings and member tournaments
Handle customer relation concerns/issues
Responsible for keeping Golf Shop neat and clean throughout the day
The individual is required to stand for long periods of time; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk or hear
The individual is required to walk and reach with hands and arms
The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
The individual must be able to multi-task throughout each shift
