HubSpot RevOps Strategist
Radish is seeking a HubSpot RevOps Strategist who is a strategic thinker and technical expert with a deep understanding of Revenue Operations and the HubSpot ecosystem. Responsibilities
Developing solutions, systems, and processes within HubSpot
Designing and managing complex HubSpot portals (CRM, Sales Hub, Content Hub, Marketing Hub, and Service Hub)
Applying RevOps methodology, including lead scoring, attribution modeling, and pipeline management
Building sophisticated workflows and sequences for automation
Ensuring data integrity through data cleaning, mapping, and managing complex integrations between HubSpot and other business tools
Creating custom reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights
Managing tasks, time, and collaborating effectively with the team
Troubleshooting technical issues and process bottlenecks
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3+ years of experience developing solutions, systems, and processes within HubSpot. Agency years treated like dog years: 1:7 ratio
Proven track record of designing and managing complex HubSpot portals (CRM, Sales Hub, Content Hub, Marketing Hub, and Service Hub)
Deep expertise in RevOps methodology, including lead scoring, attribution modeling, and pipeline management
Advanced automation skills, with extensive experience building sophisticated workflows and sequences
Data integrity specialist with experience in data cleaning, mapping, and managing complex integrations between HubSpot and other business tools
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to build custom reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights
Excellent task management, time management, and team collaboration skills
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and process bottlenecks effectively
Preferred
HubSpot Certifications (especially RevOps, Salesforce Integration, Certified Partner Training, or Platform Consulting)
Experience with Data Hub, including custom coded actions and data sync
Familiarity with third-party integration tools like Zapier, Make, or Tray.io
Knowledge of SQL or advanced Excel/BI tools for deeper data analysis
Strategic consulting experience, with the ability to lead client discovery sessions and roadmap planning
