Responsibilities
Support demand generation activities including providing subject matter expertise, thought leadership and sales cycle support
Lead strategic road mapping, solution architecture, and delivery of Salesforce Revenue Cloud to unify business processes firm wide
Oversee end-to-end delivery and adoption of Salesforce solutions across sales, service, marketing, finance, and operations teams
Define and manage programs to drive Salesforce effectiveness and user adoption through training and change management
Establish integrations between Salesforce and Spaulding Ridge’s technology portfolio
Perform hands-on configuration of security, data models, processes, rules, and approval flows to meet business requirements
Optimize quote-to-cash processes through CPQ tools, self-service channels, and automated renewals
Implement billing solutions and revenue recognition processes to enable subscription management
Define metrics and reports to measure process quality and user adoption to resolve issues
Identify expansion opportunities across existing client relationships
Mentor and develop consulting teams on Revenue Cloud
Qualification
Required
6+ years in enterprise Salesforce delivery and solution architecture
Expertise with lead-to-cash technologies including CPQ/CLM, Billing, Payments, Orders
Experience implementing finance solutions like orders, billing, and revenue recognition
Hands-on configuration and development skills on the Salesforce platform
Ability to lead large, global delivery teams in an Agile environment
Outstanding relationship management and strategic planning ability
Strong functional/technical background in cloud platforms (Salesforce, managed services, digital transformation)
Demonstrated leadership and team mentoring abilities
Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation abilities
