Develop and grow relationships with clients, referral partners, and industry contacts
Identify new business opportunities within engineering, forensics, and related sectors
Represent the firm at client meetings, conferences, and industry events
Support marketing and positioning efforts aligned with growth goals
Partner with internal teams to ensure a high level of client service
Track business development activity and revenue performance
Assist with recruiting and talent attraction initiatives as needed
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in business development, client services, or marketing
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working with executive leadership and technical professionals
Organized, self-directed, and client-focused
Preferred
