Responsibilities
Create and modify scripts to become familiar with production concepts and requirements
Must have strong organizational skills with a high level of self-motivation, technical aptitude and excellent visual sense
Edit original video content in Avid Media Composer or similar non-linear edit system
Ability to work with a tapeless workflow and the ability to manage a digital only archive
Work with the coordinating producer / broadcast producer / digital content team to learn the objectives and expectations of the project to determine the best way to approach the work and deliver on those expectations
Offer innovative or creative ideas that add value to video projects
Create dynamic storytelling commercials and/or short form video content that will be used in broadcast in-arena elements, and social media
Demonstrate the ability to direct on-location shoots, set overall visual concept and manage ENG cinemaphotographer / audio tech as a crew or part of a team
Ensure that all pictures and sounds are the highest quality and properly recorded
Able to troubleshoot quickly and effectively in a variety of circumstances

Required
Firm understanding of editorial and production workflow for broadcast and digital platforms
Clear understanding of visual journalism
Non-linear editing skills
Ability to create both short-form and long-form productions
Highly organized
Ability to thrive under pressure
Fully proficient in non-linear edit systems such as Adobe Creative Suite and Avid
Comfortable collaborating with managers and designers
Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
Strong organizational skills with a high level of self-motivation
Technical aptitude and excellent visual sense
Ability to work with a tapeless workflow and manage a digital only archive

Build polished, engaging stories with strong pacing, sound design, graphics integration, and clear narrative flow
Manage media assets, project files, and exports to ensure efficiency and consistency across all deliverables
2 years' experience working in videography, TV (preferably in the sports and entertainment arena in a customer or client service capacity)
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications, Broadcast Media or Digital Cinema
2 or more years' equivalent work experience
Preferred proficiency in Avid (and Premiere)
