Responsibilities

Serve as the clinical expert for Child and Family Team (CFT) meetings, providing guidance for high-acuity cases
Provide clinical consultation to support trauma-informed, strengths-based, and family-centered care planning
Review and guide care plans, crisis plans, and safety planning for complex cases
Support clinical decision-making related to behavioral health crises and risk management
Collaborate with OhioRISE staff and community partners to ensure coordinated, continuous care
Ensure clinical recommendations align with OhioRISE standards, Medicaid requirements, and evidence-based practices

Required

Master's degree in social work, Counseling, Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, or a related field
Active Ohio licensure as an LISW or LPCC
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in mental or behavioral health services, including leadership or clinical consultation for complex cases
Strong knowledge of mental health, substance use disorders, and recovery-oriented care
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse populations
Proficiency in electronic health records, billing systems, and standard computer applications (e.g., Word, Excel)
Strong analytical, clinical judgment, and independent decision-making skills
Ability to obtain CPI and CPR certification within 90 days of hire
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively with individuals experiencing significant behavioral health challenges
