Responsibilities
Develop seller-facing enablement content tied to key sales motions, including pitch decks, one-pagers, solution overviews, FAQs, talk tracks, and sales kits
Partner closely with Product Marketing and Enablement teams to identify content needs and gaps across the funnel
Translate complex technical solutions and industry insights into clear, practical messaging sellers can use in real customer conversations
Create supporting customer-facing content such as case studies, whitepapers, thought leadership pieces, and infographics that reinforce sales narratives
Analyze content usage and performance, incorporating seller feedback and data insights to improve effectiveness
Conduct market and competitive research to support differentiation and sales impact
Manage content calendars, budgets, and agency workflows to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
Create both short-form and long-form content across multiple channels to support demand generation and lead nurturing
Stay current on technology industry trends and competitive intelligence
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience writing sales enablement content
Experience in the PC or broader technology industry is required
Strong understanding of how sellers use content throughout the sales cycle
Ability to break down technical concepts into clear, usable messaging
Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple priorities
Data-aware mindset with experience using performance insights to refine content
