Baking fresh bread and pastries
Maintain our high standards for flavor and quality
Perform stocking, food prep, cleaning, and sanitation tasks as needed
Support your manager and team
Ensure the quality and integrity of all products and ingredients within the Baker’s environments are maintained
Troubleshooting baking equipment
Demonstrate proficiency in all the required tasks and expectations
Qualification
Required
1-2 years strong baking experience
Has ability to inspire others to perform at a high level
Demonstrates a tireless work ethic, and able to multi-task
Is comfortable using Microsoft Office programs
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter, ability to work independently and as part of a team
Enthusiasm, energy, and positive attitude with a desire to learn and develop
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to spend the majority of the shift on your feet
