Responsibilities
Lead initiatives that will revolutionize how our teams like GTM, Marketing, Legal and more, operate and succeed

Manage the full lifecycle of complex projects from strategy to delivery with cross functional project teams
Continuously improve best practices, templates, practices, tools and partnerships to expand and mature project management capabilities for the organization
Manage multiple related projects to ensure the overall company initiatives are aligned to and directly support the achievement of strategic objectives
Keep stakeholders in the loop with regular updates, gather feedback, and tweak plans to achieve the best outcomes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand roadmaps and where IS work will provide support
Manage project backlogs to ensure timely delivery of milestones
Monitor and analyze project performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
Assist with portfolio management, as needed, including tracking and reporting on all enterprise-level IS projects
Assist with project management upskilling across Contentful by facilitating ‘PM Bootcamp’ workshops
Qualification
Required
You have at least 5 years working experience as a Project Manager
Ability to navigate in a fast-moving environment with efficiency
Proven success leading projects and programs to completion on-time, on-schedule and within budget
Experience leading, motivating and managing various project team sizes, including internal and external resources
Outstanding communication and presentation skills to all levels of an organization
Exceptional interpersonal skills, team spirit, and enjoyment of project work as well as the flexibility required to manage uncertainty and address potential trade-offs
Experience leading a wide array of project types
Experience building collaboration and rapport within a project team with technical and non-technical members
Experience working in a SaaS company with agile project management practices
