Responsibilities
Serve as liaisons between SMEs, manufacturing, quality, and engineering departments
Facilitate creation and revision of work instructions and related documentation
Manage document routing, formatting, and compliance to company standards
Track progress through approval workflows and ensure timely completion of reviews
Maintain version control, metadata accuracy, and document accessibility in Dozuki
Support plant teams with documentation training and best practices
Additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of manufacturing experience is required
Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex subject matter
Experience in writing documentation and procedure manuals for various audiences
Excellent written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail; ability to communicate and work with all levels of the organization
Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in industrial technology, industrial engineering, or equivalent field preferred; will consider applicants with an associate degree in a technical field also
Understanding of SDLC (systems development lifecycle) preferred
1-2 years of experience in technical writing, engineering documentation, etc
