Responsibilities
Bridge the Gap: Serve as the primary liaison between external clients, vendors, and internal technology teams, ensuring clear communication across all levels of the organization
Technical Discovery: Perform deep-dive research into system issues utilizing SQL and stored procedures to identify root causes and propose scalable solutions
Requirement Architecture: Transform complex stakeholder needs into actionable User Stories, functional requirements, and technical specifications with clear acceptance criteria
Project Lifecycle Leadership: Support the full SDLC by collaborating with Project Management, Dev, and QA teams to ensure seamless execution from planning to post-deployment validation
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with executive-level stakeholders and technical resources alike
Continuous Improvement: Identify and advocate for system or process enhancements within a DevSecOps and Continuous Delivery environment
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in a Business Systems Analysis or a closely related technical role
Strong SQL Skills: Ability to query data and perform technical research within databases autonomously
Proven experience managing requirements throughout the entire software development lifecycle
Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical executive stakeholders and vice-versa
Experience performing post-deployment validation to ensure project success
