In this role, you will support marketing execution, analytics tracking, CRM coordination, and trade show and event support, while gaining hands-on experience with real marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Responsibilities
Build, schedule, and deploy marketing campaigns across email and social channels using approved copy and creative
Support pre and post event and general marketing campaigns
Ensure campaigns are accurate, formatted correctly, and launched on time
Assist with marketing project coordination and task management
Manage day to day marketing work within the project management system
Track timelines, deadlines, and dependencies
Communicate status updates and flag risks or delays as needed
Follow established marketing processes and contribute to continuous improvement
Ensure reliable execution and documentation across all assigned responsibilities
Support coordination and logistics for trade shows, webinars, and marketing events
Research trade shows and events and provide data and recommendations to marketing and sales to support attendance decisions
Track event details, timelines, and outcomes for reporting purposes
Coordinate materials, assets, and follow up tasks
Trade show travel may be required up to 20 percent
Track marketing performance across campaigns, events, email, website activity, and digital efforts
Maintain regular reporting on marketing activity and results
Ensure data is accurate, consistent, and up to date
Support leadership reporting and data requests

Experience with marketing campaign execution
Experience with project management and coordination

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Must be located in the Greater Minneapolis/St. Paul area
Preferred
Marketing or event coordination experience
Experience with CRM systems, project management tools, email marketing platforms, and webinar tools
Knowledge of Google Suite and Adobe Suite
