Responsibilities

Lead, coach, mentor, and manage Kaiser Account Managers including performance reviews and professional development
Create and maintain strong inter-departmental communication between sales, operations, HR, and administration to ensure continuity and execution
Manage and expand opportunities with existing Kaiser contacts while developing new business relationships across the Kaiser network
Meet monthly and annual sales/revenue targets through strategic planning and disciplined execution
Support with bidding/quoting, proposal development, and long-term solution building for Kaiser stakeholders
Identify and qualify key decision makers and influencers across Kaiser regions, facilities, and leadership
Maintain and develop relationships with manufacturer sales representatives to strengthen partnership opportunities
Create value beyond products and services in a way that differentiates CME from competitors
Stay current with healthcare and industry trends, Kaiser initiatives, and market dynamics
Perform all additional duties as assigned by management

Required

Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with 5+ years of relevant work experience
Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in account management, sales leadership, or similar role
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and Salesforce CRM
Regular travel required to support Kaiser accounts, client meetings, and industry events

Preferred

Prior acute care or integrated health system sales experience strongly preferred
