They are seeking a Quality Data Technician to support their bedding business by identifying non-conformances related to products and processes, ensuring quality and compliance with ISO standards.

Responsibilities
Follow instructions and work under QA Tech as designated by QS Manager
Conduct Crate & Roll Inventory Inspections as required
Notify Quality System Manager and /or Quality Assurance Technician of any perceived non-conformances discovered during assigned Crate/Roll Opening Inspections
Perform data gathering efforts, Data Process Evaluations and Spot Checks
Assist in the performance of Returned Product Inspections
Perform Process Performance Inspections (i.e. Grid Weld Inspections, etc.) as needed
Perform Internal Audits as assigned
Perform Test Equipment Calibrations as needed
Wear appropriate clothing, earplugs and safety glasses and follow safety regulations
Perform FAA, Beta Run
Perform BOM audits weekly
Perform PPAP
Maintain the assigned areas in a clean condition, following 6’s procedures
Work overtime as needed
Participate in Continuous Improvement Process
Be able to perform any other task related to the operation of the department as directed by the Quality System Manager and/or assigned QA Tech
Assist in training other employees as needed
Qualification
Required
Good Computer Skills (MS Outlook, Word, Excel.)
Physical ability to perform essential physical functions of the job. (Flip large units, etc.)
Ability to work at a high pace when needed to complete all daily requirements and assigned roll openings
Ability to read and follow instructions
Possess the ability to work effectively with others
Possess good communication skills
Ability to use measuring tools and devices accurately
Preferred
Ability to understand graphical data representations is a plus but not a requirement
