They are currently recruiting a full-time Junior Salesforce Administrator to provide ongoing support to the development and use of their Salesforce.com CRM platform, focusing on operational administration, user support, data hygiene, and documentation.

Responsibilities

Serve as an administrator for the Salesforce.com environment with 40+ CRM users and 500+ community users
Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks
Resolve Cases created by internal and external users
Work with members of the user community to assist with software integration troubleshooting issues (Zoom, Box, LMS, etc.)
Work with the Salesforce team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities
Communicate development progress with users
Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization
Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors, and the application development teams
Maintain the integrity and accuracy of data in Salesforce by updating and cleansing records according to staff input and established best practices
Create and maintain clear, accurate system documentation, process guides, and Salesforce Knowledge Articles to support users and internal teams
Maintain post-deployment documentation following Salesforce or system changes

Required

Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards
Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
Ability to gather, clarify, and reconcile user requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce configurations
Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes

Preferred

One year of experience as a Salesforce administrator preferred
Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
Strong data management abilities
A demonstrated ability to complete assigned initiatives and enhancements reliably
A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment preferred
