Responsibilities
Automation: Build and maintain no-code and low-code workflows for internal data logging, reporting, and operational tasks to improve efficiency
Engineering Support: Assist with monitoring AI-enabled systems through research, documentation, and incident tracking to support reliability and issue resolution
Reporting: Maintain records, dashboards, and documentation to support system reviews and performance evaluations
Operations Support: Help manage internal tools, databases, and views to ensure accurate, reliable day-to-day workflows
Special Projects: Contribute to ad hoc initiatives related to AI systems, internal tooling, and process improvements
Qualification
Required
Work directly with the founder and engineering team
Programming experience is a plus, but you will not be writing code for this role
20 hours per week during the school year or full time in the summer
We only work in-person at our office in Flatiron, Manhattan. No remote candidates
