Qualification
Required
Experience as a Loan Officer with strong knowledge of the Mortgage Industry and Mortgage Lending practices
Expertise in Underwriting processes and the ability to ensure compliance with federal and state lending guidelines
Excellent Customer Service skills to build and maintain strong client relationships
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in using mortgage software and technology tools
Current NMLS license and compliance knowledge
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
