The Medical Assistant/Front Desk Coordinator plays a key role in delivering exceptional patient care by supporting both clinical and front desk operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Front office duties - Processing payments, checking patients in and out of appointments, creating an amazing welcome to the clinic experience!
Rooming patients
Obtaining vitals
Performing phlebotomy
Scheduling appointments
Maintaining a clean clinic
Assisting physicians during procedures (Saline sonograms, IUI and more!)
Cross training opportunities for support in our Ambulatory Surgery Center during egg retrievals!

Qualification

Certified Medical Assistant CertificationCurrent BLS CertificationCPT1 certificationCustomer service skillsTeam player

Required

Current BLS Certification
Strong customer service skills and ability to thrive in a team-based, fast-paced environment

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree
Certified Medical Assistant Certification
CPT1 certification
