This role involves providing high-level administrative and operational support to ensure insurance agents are properly contracted, onboarded, trained, and supported for their success.

Responsibilities
Process, review, submit, and follow up on agent contracts and licenses with multiple insurance carriers
Maintain accurate, up-to-date agent records in CRM systems, SureLC, Contracting Logs, and onboarding trackers
Perform general administrative and data management tasks
Disseminate commission schedules to agents as appropriate
Oversee the full onboarding process for new agents, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy
Conduct new agent orientations and website walk-throughs (with support from Case Design)
Maintain and support AMG’s Fast Start Program
Assist with ongoing agent training classes and webinars, including scheduling, communication, and facilitation
Serve as a point of contact for agent questions via email, phone, and in person
Build strong relationships through analytical problem-solving and responsive service
Communicate and collaborate with AMG staff to ensure streamlined internal processes
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel)
Comfortable working in a paperless, technology-driven environment
Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask across multiple screens and systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional, courteous, and service-oriented demeanor
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision
Proactive mindset with strong organizational skills
