Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and support staff across multiple clinic locations
Partner with leadership on recruiting, onboarding, training, and staff development
Create and manage staffing schedules to meet clinic needs
Conduct performance evaluations and support employee growth
Standardize workflows and improve operational efficiency
Identify and resolve operational issues proactively
Oversee administrative functions, including mail processing and bank deposits
Develop templates, procedures, and best practices
Travel between nearby clinic locations as needed
Qualification
Required
3-5+ years of management experience, ideally in a multi-site environment
Proven people leadership and team development skills
Experience managing office operations and administrative workflows
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization abilities
Comfortable working fully on-site
Preferred
Background in healthcare, dermatology, dental, or professional services preferred
