Responsibilities
Manage and monitor a portfolio of post-charge-off accounts, ensuring timely follow-up and coordination with approved vendors
Utilize telematics resources and authorized databases to assist in identifying the location of vehicles and updated customer information
Handle inbound customer calls related to account status, reinstatement options, payoff details, and vehicle return arrangements
Collaborate closely with skip tracing and recovery partners to develop effective strategies and support resolution efforts
Maintain strong vendor relationships while ensuring compliance, performance expectations, and internal policies are met
Document all activities thoroughly and accurately in accordance with regulatory and company standards
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Auto finance or collections experience preferred
Experience with skip tracing, telematics tools, or asset location highly valued
