This role contributes to engineering standards, technical reviews, and operational support for natural gas transmission and distribution systems.

Responsibilities

Support pipeline engineering design and technical reviews

Develop and maintain engineering standards and procedures

Provide technical guidance to operations and construction teams

Support areas such as corrosion, LNG, odorization, compression, and HDD (as applicable)

Ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations

Qualification

Engineering design experienceEngineering codesASMEAPINatural gas pipeline experienceCorrosion engineering exposureMechanical design understandingPE license progress

Required

10+ years of engineering design experience within energy or related industries

Strong understanding of engineering codes, standards, and workflows

Knowledge of ASME, API; DOT Part 192 experience is a plus but not mandatory

Mechanical design understanding preferred

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Chemical, or related)

Preferred

Experience with natural gas pipelines (transmission/distribution)

Corrosion engineering exposure strongly preferred

PE license not required; progress toward PE is a plus
