Human Resources Manager

The Wilner Group has partnered with a multinational organization that serves every continent, and they are seeking a Human Resources Business Manager to join their team. The role involves acting as the primary HR Manager for the Lincoln office, providing guidance on various HR matters, and leading benefits administration for U.S. employees.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary HR Manager for the Lincoln office, supporting leaders and employees across all HR matters
Provide day-to-day guidance on talent management, performance management, employee relations, and engagement
Build strong, trusted relationships at all levels of the organization
Lead and manage benefits administration for U.S. employees
Oversee HR processes including onboarding, HR data management, reporting, and compliance
Partner with HR peers across Mexico, India, China, and Romania to align and strengthen HR practices globally
Serve as a role model, mentor, and trainer to build capability across the HR team
Support company-wide HR initiatives such as performance management, succession planning, and HRIS enhancements
Drive local engagement initiatives and recognition programs within the Lincoln office
Champion the company’s core values, embedding them into the culture and daily operations

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
5–8 years of progressive HR experience with strong expertise in HR operations, benefits, and compensation
Demonstrated success in designing and executing HR programs and initiatives
Fluency in Spanish is required
Ability and willingness to travel internationally
Strong collaboration and influencing skills with the ability to serve as a trusted advisor at all organizational levels
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR technology systems

Preferred

PHR or SPHR certification preferred
Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments strongly preferred
