Responsibilities

Support the accounts payable (AP) processing, invoice verification, tracking invoice approvals and data entry
Support accounts receivable (AR) tasks, such as payment tracking and customer account reconciliation, running outstanding AR report, and follow-up on open receivables
Monitor bank accounts and reconcile daily cash transactions to ensure accuracy
Review daily incoming payment notifications and invoices and distribute to proper individuals for approval
Conduct data entry for the grant reporting module and assist with financial analysis as needed
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
Collaborate with team members on special projects and process improvements
