Responsibilities
Own and lead the Application Security product roadmap and strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
Work closely with customers to understand their security requirements, technical environments, and operating models for scaling security programs
Lead the complete product lifecycle, from high-level strategy and market analysis to detailed user stories and product requirements
Act as a liaison between technical teams (engineering and design) and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and timelines
Establish and track clear metrics to measure product success and customer adoption
Maintain a deep understanding of AppSec market trends and technologies to create a compelling and competitive product strategy
Qualification
Required
5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on security software such as AppSec, Security Testing (SAST/DAST/SCA), XDR, or APM
Strong technical background with the ability to influence software architecture, API design, and cloud integrations
Experience in software engineering or DevOps is highly desirable
Proven experience developing and executing product strategies that drive customer value and business growth
Ability to translate complex customer needs into actionable product requirements and a superior product experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proven track record of managing large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
