Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate and related technologies
Build, support, and maintain RPA bots and automated workflows
Configure, maintain, and optimize DevOps infrastructure and cloud resources supporting internal and external applications
Manage and enhance business applications, including SharePoint Online, ensuring performance, security, and regulatory compliance
Build and maintain SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, workflows, forms, and templates aligned to business needs
Develop Power Apps (canvas and model-driven) to improve processes across the organization
Create custom connectors and integrate data sources such as SharePoint, SQL Server, and web services
Design and optimize data flows and integrations supporting automation, reporting, and analytics initiatives
Partner with business units to translate technical solutions into clear, usable documentation and instructions
Support merger-related integration activities as needed
Create and maintain SOPs, technical documentation, and process improvement recommendations
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power Platform applications
Support the Citizen Development Program, encouraging responsible use of Microsoft Power Platform tools
Stay current on DevOps, automation, cloud, and security best practices and apply learnings to improve operations
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma
2+ years of experience in BI development, data engineering, or a related technical role
Windows Server, Active Directory, GPO, Certificate Authority
Microsoft 365 Administration
SharePoint Online, Power Automate, Power Apps, Dynamics
Server compute and storage hardware
Power BI and integration with SharePoint
Forms and Power Apps
Identity and access management (Entra ID/Azure AD, Okta, or similar)
SAML, OIDC, SCIM, MFA concepts
API integrations, REST APIs, JSON
Scripting: PowerShell (preferred), Python, Bash
T-SQL for database management and queries
CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
CSS for front-end development
Strong automation and scripting capabilities
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Strong customer service mindset and willingness to support others
Collaborative, cross-functional working style
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Some college coursework, relevant certifications, or equivalent education and experience
