Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, define, and document business requirements for Salesforce or HubSpot enhancements, integrations, and process improvements
Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows
Maintain ongoing documentation and ensure alignment with project objectives and platform capabilities
Create detailed, testable acceptance criteria for user stories using industry-standard frameworks
Manage and groom the backlog in partnership with the Engagement Lead, ensuring requirements are clear, prioritized, and ready for development
Validate feasibility of requirements with technical teams and ensure alignment with platform best practices
Develop test scripts, test cases, and validation procedures for new features, enhancements, and integrations
Execute functional, regression, and UAT testing; document defects and verify resolutions
Support end users during testing cycles, ensuring a smooth validation process
Serve as a primary point of contact for requirement clarifications, business process insights, and system functionality questions
Provide ongoing support to the Engagement Lead including meeting facilitation, documentation management, and communication of status updates
Assist with training materials, release notes, and end‑user guidance when new features are deployed
Maintain a working knowledge of Salesforce or HubSpot capabilities, limitations, and configuration options
Recommend best practices and system improvements to optimize workflow efficiency and user experience
Partner with administrators and developers to ensure functional needs are translated effectively into technical solutions

Required

Salesforce Experience / CRM Experience
Gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements; creating clear acceptance criteria; developing test scripts
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
2–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably working with Salesforce or HubSpot
Strong understanding of CRM business processes in sales, marketing, service, or operations
Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scripts
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)
Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills

Preferred

Salesforce or HubSpot certifications are a plus
Ability to translate complex requirements into simple, actionable documentation
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience supporting cross‑functional teams in fast‑paced environments
Comfort working with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
