Responsibilities
Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of matters, including client and vendor contracts, data security, and regulatory compliance
Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including client contracts, vendor agreements, licensing agreements, and non-disclosure agreements
Conduct legal research and analysis to advise on applicable laws and regulations
Identify and assess potential legal risks
Collaborate effectively with various departments, including sales, operations, finance, and procurement
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school; active bar membership in good standing
3–5 years of legal practice experience, ideally combining law firm and in-house roles
3+ years of experience drafting and negotiating complex B2B SaaS agreements, including privacy-related matters
Strong knowledge of contract law and regulatory compliance; financial services experience is a plus
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical judgment
Proficient with legal research tools and Microsoft Office
Willingness to work onsite at least six days per month
