Responsibilities

Serve as the primary on-site, client-facing liaison for sponsors, ensuring high-impact, polished brand experiences
Lead and support on-site sponsorship activations and event execution, making real-time decisions to optimize sponsor outcomes
Act as the main point of contact for sponsorship activations, proactively troubleshooting challenges as they arise
Engage directly with the public and festival audiences as a warm, knowledgeable brand ambassador
Execute strategic partnerships between for-profit brands and a major cultural institution
Maintain and track sponsorship deliverables and data using Monday.com, Tessitura, and Microsoft Suite
Manage project workflows across all phases of sponsorship execution, from collateral development to custom activations
Uphold efficient project management systems to streamline sponsorship operations
Serve as a liaison across marketing, social media, PR, legal, campus operations, and programming teams
Coordinate timelines and deliverables to ensure seamless execution across all sponsor touchpoints
Participate in cross-departmental activation planning and execution
Collaborate with senior leadership, resident arts organizations, and creative talent

Required

2–4+ years of experience in sponsorships, events, marketing, or activation execution
Experience working in fast-paced, startup-like or highly dynamic environments
An entrepreneurial mindset with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
A passion for the nonprofit sector and the performing arts
Strong client-facing and sponsor relationship management skills
Experience interpreting and activating sponsorship agreements post-sale
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience managing sponsorship components in Monday.com and maintaining sponsor-facing timelines
Ability to manage multiple sponsors and projects simultaneously
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across marketing, PR, legal, programming, and operations teams
Ability to assess and optimize sponsor activations in real time
Hands-on experience supporting on-site sponsor activations, hospitality programs, and custom events
Comfort engaging externally with sponsors and supporting post-sale relationship growth
Experience supporting sponsorship budget management (pricing, sourcing, margins)
Curiosity about the arts, sponsorship trends, brand integrations, and emerging innovations
