Business Development Representative (BDR)
Clarion is a company focused on transforming healthcare communication through AI technology. The Business Development Representative will generate qualified leads, drive outreach efforts, and represent the company's mission to potential clients.

Responsibilities
Generate qualified pipeline through cold outbound and manage inbound interest
Drive top-of-funnel growth through targeted multi-channel outreach (phone, LinkedIn, email)
Advance opportunities through strategic discovery and qualification
Continuously expand and refine outbound strategy through prospecting and list curation by researching, testing, and prioritizing accounts
Partner with AEs to seamlessly advance qualified leads through the sales cycle
Act as Clarion's first voice to the market by representing our mission with credibility and empathy
Qualification
Required
1+ years of experience in sales development, with a proven ability to drive cold outreach, run outbound campaigns, and consistently generate pipeline
Exceptional communicator with strong verbal and written skills, able to craft compelling messaging and confidently engage executives from day one
Gritty and self-motivated, with a bias toward action, persistence under pressure, and comfort navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented and metrics-driven, constantly focused on execution
Healthcare interest or experience: You're curious about healthcare workflows and challenges; experience selling into healthcare orgs is a strong plus
Sales tools fluency: Proficient with CRMs, outreach platforms, Sales Navigator, and other sales enablement tools
Excited to work from our NYC office 5 days a week
