SuccessFactors Consultant

Responsibilities
Minimum 8 years of experience working with HR systems particularly SAP/ SuccessFactors
At least 5 years of hands-on experience working with SuccessFactors Employee Central
At least 2 years of hands-on experience working with SuccessFactors Employee Central Time off
At least 2 years of hands-on experience working with SuccessFactors Recruitment & Onboarding
Minimum 2 years of experience working with Talent modules of SuccessFactors including Performance & Goals, Compensation Management
Data transformation and upload for migration from legacy system to SuccessFactors
Expertise in security and role management of SuccessFactors
Certification in Employee Central
At least 3 end to end implementations in SuccessFactors with focus on Employee Central and Recruitment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills
Proficient PC Skills And Experience With Microsoft Office Suite
Flexibility to changing priorities, ability to manage multiple duties and work under time constraints
Qualification
