In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, checking, and recording incoming shipments of various materials and products, ensuring that they meet purchase order criteria and are stored appropriately.

Responsibilities
Compare purchase orders with packing lists
Forklift Certified
Inspect deliveries to ensure they match purchase order criteria
Inspect delivers for damages
Receive and sign for deliveries
Unload deliveries
Process returns for non-conforming material
Organize and store received items in their appropriate area
Update inventory with received item
Maintaining records of orders, delivery details, etc.…
Use dollies, Lift trucks and other required equipment to move items thorough out the facility
Stores, restocks, and shelves delivery items as necessary
Ensure stockroom is clean and organized
Conducts cycle counts based on systems requirements
Pick and kit Jobs
Reports any discrepancies to correct buyer
Reports past due purchase orders to the correct buyer
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational skills
Attention to detail
Lift up to 50lbs
Basic math skills
Ability to use inventory software
Works well as a team
Communicates clearly and effectively
Remains calm in stressful situations
Manages time efficiently
Previous work experience as a Receiving clerk or similar for a minimum of 2 years
Previous experience using MRP/ERP systems
Previous experience in Microsoft, Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.…
Preferred
