This role is pivotal in maintaining the smooth and efficient daily operations of the division, working closely with faculty, clinical staff, and leadership.

Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted administrative partner to the Division Chief and faculty, supporting the strategic and operational needs of the division
Collaborate with clinical teams and departmental personnel to help achieve divisional goals and enhance patient care delivery. Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and handle incoming communications for division faculty and staff
Maintain accurate and timely data entry in call schedule systems, including QGenda and Tiger Connect
Coordinate faculty and staff time-off requests, travel arrangements, and reimbursement processes
Serve as liaison with residency program coordinator
Monitor documentation timelines to ensure compliance with institutional standards, as well as maintaining patient registry data
Serve as liaison for Plastic Surgery and Medical Spa, providing backup support as necessary
Handles surgical denials and oversees PatientIQ processes
Oversee supply ordering and inventory management to ensure operational readiness
Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support divisional success
Qualification
Required
An Associate's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
At least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired
