Responsibilities
Act as the PeopleSoft Order-to-Cash Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Support end-to-end O2C processes including Order Management, Inventory/Fulfillment, Billing (PeopleSoft), and Accounts Receivable data flows
Analyze PeopleSoft application data structures and transactional tables
Support reporting, data warehouse, and ERP integration initiatives
Partner with technical teams to define source-to-target mappings
Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks
Document business processes and system workflows
Collaborate with Oracle Fusion stakeholders on cross-platform data and process mapping
Qualification
Required
9+ years of hands-on PeopleSoft Techno-Functional experience
Strong expertise in Order-to-Cash modules (Order Management, Billing, Inventory, AR flows)
Deep understanding of PeopleSoft tables and data models
Strong SQL and data analysis skills
Experience supporting ERP integrations, reporting, or data modernization projects
Preferred
Exposure to Oracle Fusion Financials / Accounts Receivable
Experience with Snowflake or enterprise data warehouse platforms
Hybrid ERP environment experience (PeopleSoft + Fusion)
Experience with ETL tools and data integration frameworks
