Responsibilities
Work closely with the department heads to understand and ensure accuracy of all financial reporting activity
Assist in preparation and distribution of financial statements
Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules according to monthly close schedule
Assist with the payroll audits and approvals
Support both accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
Work closely with general ledger entries
Perform both daily and monthly balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accuracy of all financial data
Qualification
Required
Must come with at least 3+ years of accounting experience
Must have manufacturing industry experience
Must come with strong Excel skills
Must be comfortable commuting onsite 5 days/week
