Human Resources Manager
JMJ Phillip Group is a growing manufacturer seeking an HR Manager to support high-performing, people-first teams. The role involves creating compliant HR policies, overseeing employee programs, and delivering training resources while partnering with leaders in a scaling environment.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain compliant HR policies, handbooks, and people frameworks
Lead employee relations, investigations, and performance management processes
Design and deliver manager training, tools, and leadership resources
Oversee benefits, payroll, and employee programs across U.S. and Canada
Develop workforce insights, dashboards, and scalable HR processes to support growth
Qualification
Required
7+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a scaling organization
Strong knowledge of U.S. and Canadian employment laws and compliance
Hands-on experience with benefits administration, payroll, and compensation support
Proven ability to partner with leaders on employee relations and performance issues
Experience working with external vendors (legal, benefits, safety, HR specialists)
